B&M Hiring for HR Advisor at Liverpool Full Time

As on site HR Advisor, you will join an energetic team, responsible for supporting Managers on generalist HR issues and wider employee relations issues, for high numbers of DC colleagues.

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our HR systems and practices, you will work alongside the People Business Partner and Management team to support a culture aligning to our values. This role has a wide remit and will include employee relations, employment law, contracts, disciplinary, grievances, sickness, absence and performance management.

What we need from you:
High volume ER experience in a similar position, ideally with a warehouse/logistics background

Up to date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice

Great time management skills, able to effectively multi-task in a fast paced and reactive environment

Previous experience of working within a unionised environment

Self- motivated & driven.
