Job Summary

BM2 Freight Services, Inc. is searching for a Field Recruiter to manage our various candidate pipelines at our Chicago Office in Des Plaines, IL. Our Field Recruiter will report to our Talent Acquisition Director at our Corporate Headquarters in Covington, KY and act as an ambassador to the BM2 Freight brand as they conduct full-cycle recruiting, ATS management, candidate outreach, and build meaningful, mutually beneficial relationships with active and passive jobs seekers.

Field Recruiter responsibilities:

• Full Cycle Recruiting: Conduct calls with hiring managers to determine hiring needs. Write and post job descriptions. Conduct digital recruitment marketing activities to increase application flow if necessary. Manage candidate sourcing, screening, pre-employment testing, reference checking, selecting, and onboarding activities from start to finish. Coordinate travel, interviews, and phone interviews for hiring managers and candidates.
• Applicant Tracking System: Document all full-cycle recruitment activities through our ATS including candidate outreach, hiring manager communication, status changes, assessment results, job offers, and reference and background checks, etc.
• External Recruitment Activities: Attend university and professional job fairs and recruitment events in the Chicago market. Conduct on-site screens, promote the BM2 Freight brand, upload leads in the ATS.
• Hiring Process Management: Ensure the candidate journey is easy, enjoyable, and efficient by effectively managing all parts and people involved in the hiring process.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in marketing, human resources, communications, or public relations preferred
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting for a freight brokerage required
• Experience navigating applicant tracking systems
• Proficient written and verbal communication
• Excellent attention to detail
• Dedication to compliance of company policies and federal and state government regulations
• Previous experience with inside and/or suggestive selling preferred
• Strong customer service skills

• $60,000 salary (salary is negotiable based on experience)
