Blurr is growing and we’re growing fast, so we are in need of an all-seeing leader to manage our processes, people, potential new business, and key projects. You’ll work closely with our Creative Director, and be the first point of contact on all areas of the global Bureau.
This is a Full Time role, immediate start. Would suit someone with previous Operations experience, or a Group Account Director with who wants to sink their teeth into something broader and all-encompassing. Business acumen and familiarity with agency processes an absolute must.
We have a job description in mind but would prefer to design it with you, maximizing your skillset. You must be based in Melbourne and it could be a Hybrid role – a balance between remote and in our office in Collingwood. Flexible hours.
