BlueWave Resource Partners Hiring for Product Manager (Healthcare) at Orlando, FL Full Time

BlueWave is hiring a fully remote Product Manager for a healthcare tech company with headquarters in Orlando, FL 32803. As a product manager, you will collaborate closely with software teams to ship high-value products.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prioritize, track, and support development & maintenance for an agile development team.
• Build and maintain product specs, workflows, use cases, and requirements.
• Be the domain primary advocate and expert for our Platform team.
• Ensure product changes are properly communicated, including release notes and training docs.
• Work directly with customers to understand goals, pain points, and expectations.
• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure acceptance tests offer appropriate coverage.
• Analyze data to inform decisions and tell compelling product stories.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers during development, providing clarity and functionality decisions to push the team forward.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar.
• Proven track record managing software products in an Agile environment.
• Experience working with and documenting technical products or backend systems.
• Basic proficiency in writing and running queries and analyzing data (SQL preferred)
• Scrappiness and persistence – you’ll troubleshoot user issues, help test features, and generally do whatever it takes to get your products shipped with quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Natural curiosity to understand the “whats,” “whys,” and “hows” of our business
