BlueWave Resource Partners Hiring for Healthcare Operations Analyst at Orlando, FL Full Time

BlueWave is hiring a fully remote Healthcare Operations Analyst. This operations specialist position will spearhead operational support for new development teams and partner heavily with the Inventory Operations team.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of direct experience supporting inventory-related processes and issues.
• 1-2 years of applied experience using MS SQL Server to build and run data queries.
• Experience using third-party ing logging solutions (e.g. SSRS, Application Insights) to triage and support issues.
• Demonstrated ability to:
• Expeditiously diagnose and solve customer issues as they arise.
• Establish effective customer relationships, always respectful yet able to influence successful outcomes.
• Work with development teams (i.e. developers, product, QA) to support products and customers.
• Build process frameworks that enable scalable delivery to customers, with a focus on innovating through automated tools.
• Has a deep sense of individual and team ownership with an insatiable desire to “get stuff done.”
• Passion to learn what makes our business and health partners tick.
• Intellectual curiosity to continue to improve our service solution and identify new opportunities for efficiencies.
• Organization skills, ability to prioritize, and timebox deliverables.
• Healthcare domain experience Is a plus.
