Bluestone HR Hiring for HR Officer Job at Remote Full Time

Bluestone HR is an Oxfordshire based HR Consultancy supporting charities and small businesses. We are passionate about providing exceptional service to our clients. Due to a period of growth, we are looking to recruit a hardworking and enthusiastic HR Officer for the team. This is a broad role providing pro-active outsourced HR advice, support and administration to clients through the full employee lifecycle so you will have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of HR and expand your skills.

We are looking for an experienced HR ‘allrounder’ with solid experience of advising managers on a wide range of HR issues and of HR and recruitment administration. You’ll have up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR information systems, be comfortable working independently with competing priorities and have confident communication skills. You will need to be highly organised with great attention to detail and committed to providing an exceptional service to our clients.

This is a part time opportunity at 15 hours per week but the flexibility to increase your hours as we grow would be advantageous. Hours are flexible to suit you but we would like you to work at least 4 days a week.
