Job description
SUMMARY: This position is designed to build and retain client relationships along with conducting computer-based training of software to ensure successful software implementation for clients. BlueSky is a turnkey “software as a service” that provides most business functions for temporary staffing agencies in the healthcare field. This position ensures training and implementation deadlines are met. Maintain status s and communicate with internal team to ensure timelines. Collaborates with Training Director, Senior Account Manager, Sales, Development and Support to ensure successful onboarding for clients. Evaluates training efficacy after a period of use by the client and provides follow up training as needed to ensure deep client engagement with the product.
