About the role

As a key member of the People team, you will take the lead in finding BlueRock’s future talent. This very hands on role will see you collaborating on the daily to manage end to end recruitment, learning all aspects off BlueRocks’ many and varied businesses, and owning our ATS, Workable.

Supported by awesome Advisors and our Head of People & Culture, no two days will be the same, from crafting clever and creative job ads, maintaining our databases and searching and contacting talent on LinkedIn, to fulfilling BlueRock’s goals of attracting the best and brightest talent. If you are familiar with recruiting strategies, including sourcing, screening and interviewing, we’d like to meet you!

This role would suit someone with a recruitment administration or agency background with a year’s experience looking to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities

• Living and breathing BlueRock’s EVP, converting role requirements to clever, creative and inspiring job adverts and descriptions
• Screening candidates and ensuring Workable is up to date with all candidate movement and creating talent pools with Rockstar talent
• Conducting market research for compensation/benefit analysis
• Coordinating interviews and ensuring our candidates have an amazing BlueRock experience
• Coordinating our “Referring Rockstars” program
• Having fun in one of our many BlueRock Melbourne CBD offices, from helping the People & Culture team with the Wordle to attending awesome social events designed to get you to know BlueRock!

Requirements
