Working from the straits of Tasmania to the rainforests of Northern Queensland you will cover ALL states and regions of Australia.

Responsibilities:

· Arranging of the advertising of job vacancies, interviewing, and testing applicants.

· Maintain the client/candidate files on our state of the art CRM

· Keep up to date with the credentialing requirements for each district and state

· Ensure that emergency medicine doctors files are maintained with up to date paperwork

· Business Development of new target hospitals whilst maintaining the relationship with existing sites.

· Forward planning roster management and helping clients to think strategically about future needs.

· Registering emergency medicine doctors with BluePrint Medical

· Sending relevant CVs to hospitals and emergency medicine services

· Booking emergency medicine doctors and arranging their itineraries to relevant jobs in Australia

· Arranging the induction of doctors, checking on their first day and throughout the process

· Recording shift details from employers and assisting with the writing of job descriptions

· Providing information to employers about the market conditions in emergency medicine

· Seeking feedback from doctors and clients

· Working with the team and company directors to continue improving our service and offering

Recruitment Consultant Suitability

· 3+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally a grounding in medical recruitment

· Strong communication skills and phone manner

· Good attention to detail

· Excellent written skills and basic computer skills

· Any knowledge of emergency medicine recruitment market an advantage

Junior Consultant Suitability

· Sales experience or medical background preferred but not essential

· Strong communication skills and phone manner

· Good attention to detail

· Excellent written skills and basic computer skills

· Ability and will to learn quickly

· Salary range $65,000 to $85,000 per annum depending on experience

· Located primarily in our Town Hall, Sydney office
