Blueprint Hiring for Financial Controller – Real Estate Job at Remote Full Time

We are currently seeking a Financial Controller to join our talent pool and work with clients around the world. This position is fully remote, flexible, and project based. Join the team that is changing the real estate industry!

What you’ll do:

· Manage the books and records for global real estate investment and proptech clients

· Perform cash flow analysis and manage day-to-day cash needs

· Manage budgeting and forecasting processes

· Handle all needs for A/R and A/P

· Manage treasury functions

· Perform month-end close activities

· Advise on month-end close and other financial processes and systems

· Work hand-in-hand with both clients and Blueprint team members accomplish the above

What we look for:

· 5+ years of experience in a bookkeeper or controller role with real estate experience

· Experience with budgeting, forecasting and cash management

· Treasury function experience, including bank account management

· QuickBooks experience a plus

· Yardi experience a plus

· A desire to innovate and build processes and systems with clients

· CPA preferred

· CFA desired

· An entrepreneurial mindset
