We currently are located in 4 countries: London (our HQ), Mexico, India, and the US. A total number of 220+ employees (and increasing every day) from +34 different nationalities and with over 25 languages spoken.

We’re looking for a highly analytical and organised individual with a background in recruitment and deep knowledge of the recruiting tools to equip recruiters, deploy more innovative technologies and optimize the overall hiring process in order to improve the hiring rate. You should be highly passionate and interested in tracking recruiting metrics to identify the best strategies and areas of improvement. You will be leading the Talent Operations function and report directly to the Head of Talent and Operations.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Identify trends through data, conduct analyses, and propose systematic solutions across multiple Talent dimensions (process improvement, talent attraction, candidate experience) including innovative technologies to deliver more consistent outcomes
• Maintain and expand effective reporting and analytics system within Talent to support data-driven decision making and strategy setting
• Work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition Team in Mexico, UK, US and India on designing and implementing initiatives that drive Recruitment Process Optimisation and local talent attraction.
• Evaluate partners and recruitment tools with a strong purpose of making a positive impact on hiring ratio – recruitment agencies, job boards analysis and strategy, evaluation and implementation of recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms etc.
• Create and implement strategies for building a talent network/talent community
• Monitor Glassdoor and plan and execute activities for engaging reviewers
• Execute and manage quality and consistency of all documents used in the recruitment process including job descriptions, recruitment frameworks, internal guidelines, offer letters
• Train the Talent Team of 13 (and growing) individuals around the world on any system changes, recruitment frameworks
• Together with the Marketing Team, own company wide initiatives that improve our talent attraction through a wide range of employer branding initiatives or other projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related fields and work experience in recruitment, ideally similar operational side
• A strong understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and process, ideally within a mix of start-up and larger corporate businesses
• Experience in working with paid talent attraction tools like job boards
• Experience with custom reporting and advanced use of Applicant Tracking System – ideally SmartRecruiters
• Experience gathering, interpreting and using data to drive decisions and can put together business cases based around data. Strong excel skills is a must.
• Excellent organisational skills, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality and organise own workload efficiently
• Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve them in a timely manner taking pragmatic approach
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal at all levels of seniority to train, gain buy in on system changes, work with vendors
• Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced hyper growth environment with a constantly growing team
• Desired: experience in wider talent attraction, employer branding

Additional Information

Base Salary: £ 40,000 – 46,000
