Job Description**
*The role*
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of a growing global Talent Team, coordinating recruitment efforts with other team members in the UK, Mexico and India. Do you have a strategic mindset and a data driven approach to your hiring?
What you can expect

• Act as a recruiting consultant to business partners on hiring strategies, sourcing strategies and initiatives aimed at helping us to hire quality talent at scale
• Sourcing, recruiting, and hiring professionals across a range of roles to support the high growth of our Tech Scale-Up
• Utilise behavioural, functional and value based interviewing techniques to vet candidates and provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers
• Continually look for opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiencies within the team bringing market research and ideas to the table.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a recruitment environment, agency or in house. Experience in fast-moving environment would be ideal.
• Strong experience in recruiting for a wide range of client facing roles, including senior roles.
• Strong ability to understand behavioural competences and successfully assess candidates against it.
• Ability to negotiate expectations with Hiring Managers and action blockers in the pipelines.

Additional Information**
*Compensation: * $80,00 USD yearly base salary
+ Uncapped hiring commissions (Estimated around $5,000 USD a year).
