We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Scheduler. As a Scheduler at BlueDot Cares, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless coordination of caregiver shifts, guaranteeing our clients receive the highest level of care.

Responsibilities:

• Shift Coordination:
• Efficiently schedule and coordinate caregiver shifts to meet client needs and preferences
• Continuously monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate changes, ensuring optimal coverage at all times
• Communication:
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with caregivers to fill open shifts promptly
• Provide clear and concise information regarding shift details, client preferences, and any specific requirements
• Problem Resolution:
• Proactively address scheduling conflicts or issues and collaborate with caregivers to find suitable solutions
• Respond promptly to caregiver requests, concerns, and availability changes
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of caregiver schedules, availability, and client preferences
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to scheduling and caregiver assignments
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with the HR department to ensure that caregiver certifications and training are up to date
• Work closely with the Care Coordinator and other team members to optimize caregiver assignments based on client needs

• Generate regular s on scheduling metrics, including fill rates, response times, and overall schedule adherence
• Identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements to enhance scheduling efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience in scheduling or a related field, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with caregivers, clients, and internal team members
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt to changing circumstances quickly
• Familiarity with scheduling software and tools is an advantage
