Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain good working relationships throughout the corporation to support department, division and BCBST corporate goals and objectives
• Organize and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines among multiple concurrent projects, project teams, and or management staff
• Partner with internal customers to define business needs, issues, and translate ideas into effective strategies and action plans for various types of business owners across the company
• Develop metrics, execute research designs and s using business rules and requirements provided by business owners

Job Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree OR Master’s Degree with 2+ years of work experience

Experience

• 4 years – Experience in analytics, ing and data utilizing industry-standard tools

SkillsCertifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Strong analytical skills with understanding of basic statistics and algebra required

Job Specific Requirements:

Experience with Medicare Advantage is a plus.

SQL experience is a plus.
