We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist/Partner, experienced in technical IT Infrastructure recruitment via an agency or an in-house sourcing role, to join our expanding Talent team. In this role, you will be supporting stakeholders from our Service Centre, Engineering, Project Services and Operations team.

The role involves a multitude of skills, including, but not limited to:

• Working and thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Job/role caseload and priorities management
• Developing and maintaining superior internal stakeholder relationships
• Proactive sourcing of candidates using a number of tools, (we welcome creativity)
• Candidate screening with a strong customer service etiquette
• Experience in building and maintaining candidate talent pools

Requirements

To be successful in the role, we are looking for someone to bring the following;

• Experienced recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist with a background in IT Infrastructure, Cloud or Managed Services sourcing
• Experience hiring in international markets (bonus)
• Passionate about the candidate journey and hiring the right people for the right role.
• Run a methodical recruitment process
• Providing a consultative and analytical approach to hiring managers
