The Office Manager provides a wide range of administrative support for all day-to-day operations of the business.
Office Assistant Responsibilities:
· Handling incoming calls and other communications.
· Taking minutes at corporate meetings
· Greeting and directing clients and visitors
· Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
· Helping to organize and maintain office common areas.
· Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
· Organizing employee related functions as assigned.
· Maintaining supply inventory.
· Maintaining office equipment.
· Sending and Receiving packages
· Sorting and distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail
· Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
· Coordinate with IT as needed.
Office Assistant Requirements:
· High school diploma or college certificate preferred.
· Experience as an office assistant or in a related field desirable.
· Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
· Warm, mature personality with strong communication skills.
· Ability to work well under limited supervision.
· Great communication skills.
· Driver’s licence and access to vehicle required.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
