Part-time Accounting Clerk
Blue Note Napa us seeking a very organized accounting clerk needed for data entry and to organize receipts, invoicing and billing for a company with multiple divisions. Must be able to understand the big picture, must have knowledge of General Accounting Principals, Experience with QuickBooks & preferably Bill.com & PEEX, Restaurant 365 (not mandatory).

Attention to detail a must.
All employees must be fully vaccinated and boosted. Perks include concert tickets to non-sold out shows at our venues, Blue Note Napa, Blue Note Napa @ Charles Krug Winery and Oxbow Riverstage.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour

Physical Setting:

  • Office

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Napa, CA 94559: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)
