Sales Representative

Greater Pueblo Area | Start each day from home

Monday through Friday , 10 to 6pm or 11 to 7pm

Strong base at $45K+ and monthly bonus potential with expected first year earnings at $70K plus.

You will start your day from home with a call with your Regional Manager to guide you as you head out in a residential territory to sell in a door to door sales role.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for sharing solutions with members of the community in a door to door sales approach. This includes having energy, knowledge and ability to overcome concerns and questions from customers.
• Ability to learn. You will continue to receive training, feedback and advice from industry leaders throughout your career!
• Demonstrate your expertise in customer service by wowing each customer with each transaction. Even if the neighbor is not or elects not be a customer, we want them to leave the conversation with a great feeling about us and the amazing team that works here.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain mileage/expense s and share back weekly s of your progress.

Key Requirements

• Passionate advocate for customers – must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must maintain a valid and current driver’s license and appropriate insurance for your reliable transportation.
• Strong verbal and written communication. Remember our neighbors are all different and no sales pitch/approach will work for everyone. Ability to read customers’ needs and share knowledgeable feedback about products is the secret sauce to success in this role.
