Blue Elephant Creative Hiring for Freelance Social Media Manager at Remote Full Time

Searching for a top-notch Social Media Specialist who can manage client accounts for the agency. Compensation is paid on a per month basis as 1099 contractor. You will have the opportunity to work on multiple client accounts on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities include:

• Researching relevant topics for client’s industry
• Creating quarterly content plan and overall social media strategy
• Writing social posts for client social channels
• Designing / working with Graphic Designer to create visual content for posts
• Maintain list of relevant and effective hashtags/keywords for client
• Respond to timely events as appropriate for client
• Growing social audience both organically and with paid ads
• Driving email signups from social media accounts
• Expanding client social media presence to relevant channels
• Ongoing scheduling via Sprout for posts
• Manage community, provide support and reply to comments / DMs as directed
• Work with brand partners on special content
• Maintain client assets storage for all graphics, videos and photographs
• Maintain “brand voice” across all channels

Must be experienced in:

• Adobe
• Google
• Canva
• Sprout Social

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
