What your days will look like;

• Provide administration support to the Recruitment team
• Documentation management, follow up on paperwork from candidates
• Record management in accordance with privacy and confidentiality principles
• Support the team to optimise recruitment processes
• Assist with the development and implementation of candidate initiatives
• Facilitate the candidate referral program

What you will need to be successful;

• Experience working in a document-driven environment
• Strong administration skills and data entry
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Strong IT skills, experience in the use of CRM or ATS preferred
• Ability to display initiative and to work independently as required
