The Position

We are looking for a Full-time Local SEO Account Manager!

You will be the next addition to our dynamic team. This role is responsible for managing and implementing local search engine optimization (SEO) strategies for 10 clients in the home services niche. Essential to this role is ensuring that client websites are optimized to rank highly in local search results, manage client expectations, and track and on the success of their campaigns. This person must ensure that all deliverables are done with superior quality at the expected time frame and at the full satisfaction of our clients.

Duties:

• Work with SEO Lead to develop local SEO strategies for a portfolio of clients (15 Maximum)
• Implement local SEO strategies for a portfolio of clients (You will have 1 local SEO specialist to assist you)
• Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization to improve local search rankings
• Manage and optimize local business listings, including Google My Business and other online directories
• Develop content strategies that align with local SEO goals
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, and other relevant metrics
• Work with clients to understand their business objectives and create customized local SEO plans
• Communicate regularly with clients to on campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with changes in local search algorithms and adjust SEO strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, web developers, and social media managers & SEO Lead
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely and successful campaign execution
• Must communicate effectively with the team

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Preferred)
• 2+ years of PROVEN experience in local SEO and digital marketing (Required)
• Strong understanding of search engine optimization best practices and local search algorithms (Required)
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, & More or the ability to quickly learn how to use them
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously (Required)
• Familiarity with the website development and design principles
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail (Required)
• Experience working with clients and providing excellent customer service
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in local SEO and digital marketing
• Ability to learn new systems/ processes quickly
• Be committed to learn and continue to grow with the business over time
