ABOUT YOU

You are an HR/people partner with a passion for making an impact, and you have experience building strong relationships with employees and other stakeholders. You have a deep understanding of employee onboarding best practices, both the strategy and the day-to-day activities that set new hires up for success. You enjoy designing surveys and other methods for measuring employee engagement, and you have the analytical skills to glean insight from rich datasets. Above all, you thrive in a fast-faced, dynamic environment, and you desire to grow and contribute to a strong culture where the entire team works together for the good of each patient.

YOU WILL

• to the VP of People
• Partner with the People Team to develop a best-in-class onboarding process for use across all of Blue Cloud
• Build resources and materials to support employee onboarding for both clinical and corporate team members
• Train managers on their role in effective onboarding and proactively support as needed as they grow their teams
• Manage the day-to-day onboarding activities for new hires across the organization
• Partner with the People Team to develop and implement a holistic engagement strategy and calendar of related activities
• Oversee and analyze regular engagement measurement methods to on trends and highlight areas for growth
• Be a champion of Blue Cloud?s mission, vision and values, promoting and building a positive culture with new hires, current team members and leaders across the organization
• Be an active and engaged member of the People Team, tackling ad hoc projects as needed to support Blue Cloud?s growth and overall HR needs

YOU HAVE

Requirements + Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR/People Ops experience, specifically in the functional areas of onboarding and/or employee engagement
• Strong process design skills and attention to detail
• Design thinking skills and ability to analyze data sets to extract insights
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• High emotional and social intelligence with a curiosity to learn
• Ability to rally cross functional teams around a shared vision
• Drive for results, motivation to close projects

Preferred

• Direct experience managing employee onboarding for a growing organization
• Direct experience designing employee engagement surveys
