As our network of ASCs continues to grow rapidly, we are actively recruiting a Provider Recruiter to help us expand our network of provider partnerships.

ABOUT YOU

You are an engaging recruiter with a passion for helping companies (and their teams!) grow. You have experience recruiting physicians and/or other advanced practitioner providers in a healthcare setting, and you understand the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle. You can think big-picture strategy while also managing the day-to-day details of the recruiting process. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and you desire to contribute to a strong culture where the entire team works together for the good of each patient.

YOU WILL

• Report to the VP of People
• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for your assigned territory, including sourcing candidates, engaging them and facilitating each step of the interview process
• Be the point person at Blue Cloud for all engaged provider candidates
• Collaborate with leaders across the organization to understand the provider needs at each facility and how to design various solutions to meet each need
• Negotiate and communicate contract details including compensation, availability, schedule, and other contract points
• Work closely with the Recruiting team to share best practices and support all provider needs across the organization
• Tackle ad hoc recruiting projects as necessary to help Blue Cloud grow
