Job Summary

Core BTS is looking to hire a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. This individual will play a critical role in the growth and continued success of Core BTS. The Specialist will be involved in full life cycle recruiting and hiring of consultants across several roles. This individual will be a consistent steward of a candidate’s experience and help build a strong employer brand experience. This is a remote/work from home position.

Required & Desired Skills

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong technical acumen and problem-solving skills
• Ability to articulate company value proposition to candidates
• Ability to make outbound calls and build relationships by phone
• Superb communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills
• Strong team player willing to assist with tasks, as needed
• Ability to multitask, be flexible, and work independently
• Ability to manage and prioritize daily tasks such as sourcing, preliminary conversations with candidates, and scheduling of the interview process
• Be creative and resourceful
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset
• Not afraid to be challenged
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and to adapt to changing priorities
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Applications, Internet, and Outlook
• Experience with full life cycle recruiting and hiring
• Ability to manage the entire hiring process from sourcing, to offer acceptance, and on-boarding
• Ability to develop and build relationships with candidates to create a positive candidate experience
• Ability to manage high-volume recruiting
• Participation on the recruiting team to develop, implement, and execute recruitment programs and strategies to fill current openings
• Help to build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
• Build solid relationships and serve as a partner before, during, and after the talent acquisition process
• Proactively use LinkedIn to network and outbound call passive candidates
• “Deep dive” into candidate networks, throughout various markets to find the right talent
• Strong negotiation skills
