Position Description

Our company is seeking dedicated and experienced professionals to join our team of program managers. Your role will be key in establishing and developing an outstanding educational experience for our students and faculty. This position will allow you to manage a small team while working with an international team to coordinate the efforts and cultural understanding of students across different countries and of professors from leading American colleges and universities. The Program Manager will also be responsible for driving the coordinating team in the US including the contractor team and two or more full-time coordinators in the US to ensure quality control and a superb operation.

Key Responsibilities
· Manage the advisor team including contract and full-time advisors through training, supervising, reviewing, and fostering improvement in the team’s performance

· Managing team administration, logistics, and communication

· Supervise and ensure the department policies and procedures are executed to standard

· Coordinate with the international team for execution and system set up and improvement

· Coordinate with professors and student participants assigned through each

phase of the academic research program to ensure smooth execution of the student experience.

· Recruit and train outstanding program advisors

· Proactively guide, support, and monitor the program advisor team to ensure they are providing optimal support to the students

· Provide mentorship and academic support to student participants throughout the program

· Engage and follow up with all stakeholders in the student’s ecosystem.

· Lead the examination and analysis of current processes and procedures to identify areas

· for potential improvements

· Run weekly program management meetings with team members to discuss issues and progress of research cohorts

Essential Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five years of professional work experience

• Student-centered mindset and passion for outstanding education experiences

• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

• High degree of self-motivation with the ability to work both independently as well as with a team.

• Well-organized, detailed-oriented, and student-focused

• Excellent time management skills and willingness to take initiative

• Willingness to coordinate with faculty and scholars across time zones which requires the ability to work during non-traditional business hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $58,000.00 per year
