The role and ways of working*
We’re looking for an experienced technical recruiter to join us and lead on all hiring for our Technology & Data functions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across our business to attract, engage and hire talent for a range of tech focussed roles.
Our Technology team is at the heart of Bloom & Wild, looking after the design, build, integration and running of software that enables our brands to delight our customers every day. The team of 60+ works from a variety of locations in Europe and is structured across Engineering, Platform Operations, IT, Architecture and Data. This is an exciting opportunity to have a real impact on our business from day 1. You’ll be a pro at uncovering talent and nurturing tech pipelines, and passionate about supporting our teams to deliver on their diversity & inclusion ambitions. You’ll also ensure best in class candidate and hiring manager experiences in every interaction.
Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Lead in the UK, you’ll own and drive all outbound search and the active hiring funnel for our Technology & Data teams.

We are a distributed team with two office locations in Amsterdam and London and multiple warehouse locations. Our team can choose to work from our offices as much or as little as they’d like. We don’t expect people to come in as a norm but if it makes sense to do so (team onsites, monthly meetings etc), then we’d encourage it.
