The role and ways of working*
We’re looking for an experienced technical recruiter to join us and lead on all hiring for our Technology & Data functions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across our business to attract, engage and hire talent for a range of tech focussed roles.

Our Technology team is at the heart of Bloom & Wild, looking after the design, build, integration and running of software that enables our brands to delight our customers every day. The team of 60+ works from a variety of locations in Europe and is structured across Engineering, Platform Operations, IT, Architecture and Data. You’ll be a pro at uncovering talent and nurturing tech pipelines, and passionate about supporting our teams to deliver on their diversity & inclusion ambitions. You’ll also ensure best in class candidate and hiring manager experiences in every interaction.

Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Lead in the UK, you’ll own and drive all outbound search and the active hiring funnel for our Technology & Data teams.

Responsibilities will include:

• Partner with hiring managers on end-to-end recruiting, from sourcing and screening, through to interview/assessment coordination and offer negotiation.
• Prioritise candidate experience, embodying our value of care and building our reputation as a brand that cares for our people.
• Use data to create successful sourcing strategies that build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Collaborate with our hiring managers to create hypotheses to test across our hiring funnel and test these in a structured, data driven and insightful way.
• Build outbound searches in a structured and thoughtful way, craft compelling outreach messages and A/B test them to get the best response rates.
• Continue to integrate and drive our D&I commitment, bringing new ideas and initiatives to the table.
• Use all resources available to you to engage and convert the best available talent, whether that be sharing blog posts from our Technology blog, Code & Wild, offering informal early calls or creating tech culture decks that would help to showcase our working culture more effectively.
• Support the Technology team to further build and shape our Technology employer brand and EVP; this includes identifying key meet-ups for us to host or take part in, and working with stakeholders to further elevate our tech employer brand. You’ll define how we measure this and how we’ll iterate to improve as we grow.

You:

• Likely 3-5 years’ experience in 360 tech recruiting roles for high growth, tech-focused businesses. Prior experience of working specifically on Ruby, Angular, Python, Platform Engineering, IT or Data Science roles would be advantageous.
• Up-to-date knowledge of sourcing methodologies.
• You are used to building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, within tech functions and more broadly.
• You’ll enjoy both attending and hosting recruitment events and have a track record of networking externally. This role will be the first point of contact for many of our tech applicants and we’d love someone who can engage with the engineering community effectively.
• You love using data and metrics to measure success, keep your stakeholders informed and identify areas for improvement.
• A strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, and prior experience of integrating these into your hiring funnels.
• You love to learn and often take initiative to improve things.
• You’re a great communicator and have strong interpersonal skills, comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders and candidates.

Working Environment
We are a distributed team with two office locations in Amsterdam and London and multiple warehouse locations. Our team can choose to work from our offices as much or as little as they’d like. We don’t expect people to come in as a norm but if it makes sense to do so (team onsites, monthly meetings etc), then we’d encourage it.
