Finance at Bloom & Wild*
We’re organised across 3 teams and 3 locations (UK, Netherlands and France), collaborating closely as one function and with stakeholders across all areas of the Bloom & Wild business:
Financial Control & Reporting – runs all things financial control and reporting, including; compilation of month end reporting, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, PSP and management of our statutory audit.
Financial Planning & Analysis – manages our budgeting and forecasting process, together with regular analysis of financial performance. They are also responsible for building financial models for a variety of users across the company and work closely with other teams in doing so.
Financial Change & Compliance – is responsible for treasury management, process improvements, risk management and tax compliance, as well as dealing with all finance legal matters.

The role and ways of working*
We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Associate to support our busy Finance team 2-3 days per week on an initial 3-month contract. We’re looking for someone who is available to start immediately, and we’re open to fully remote, hybrid or office based working.

Working Environment
Currently, the majority of our teams are still working from home. However, our beautiful, flower filled offices are open again – for teams to use as much or as little as they’d like. We continue not to expect people to come in as a norm, though managers may ask teams to come in for specific reasons (unless you are a fully remote worker).
Our plan moving forward is to continue to find ways of incorporating remote work into our daily, business as usual, ways of operating.
And we have no expectation that our teams will need to come into the office 5 days per week again.
