Bloom Energy is seeking a Manufacturing Recruiter to proactively identify and assess talent for the Bloom Energy team. This full-time role will support our team with the objective of increasing the candidate pipeline by sourcing candidates, assessing qualifications and positioning them appropriately for job opportunities within Bloom Energy. Location: This position will be based in Newark,DE.

Role and Responsibilities:

· Manage full cycle recruiting process for technical and non-technical candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience

· Work with recruiting team members (Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators) to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy for open requisitions

· Collaborate with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals

· Partner with HR Business Partners to ensure continuity and fluidity with recruiting processes

· Ensure a positive candidate experience for all candidates regardless of hire.

· Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates, facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers

· Work closely with internal recruiting team to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies to create appropriate candidate flow and pipeline to meet overall recruiting goals

· Identify potential and priority candidates through the internal resume database, candidate referrals, networking, and web sourcing

· Act as a liaison between interviewers and hiring managers and facilitate interview and hiring discussions all parties

· Maintain reporting metrics and generate reports on regular basis

Skills and Experience:

· 6 years recruiting or sourcing experience for a search firm or in-house recruiting team

· Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and a passion for finding exceptional people.

• Enthusiasm for and experience in inclusion and diversity initiatives and programs.

· Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing technical talent

• Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessment

· BA/BS degree or equivalent
