Bloom Energy, a fuel cell company and one of Silicon Valley’s most promising startups, is looking for a Senior Equipment Engineer to join its world-class team. This individual should be a dynamic professional who is looking for a rewarding future in one of today’s most exciting technologies.

Location: This position will be based in San Jose, CA.

Role and Responsibilities:

· Identify potential and priority candidates through candidate referrals, networking, and web sourcing

· Work closely with internal TA team to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies to create appropriate candidate flow and pipeline to meet overall recruiting goals

· Schedule phone and in-person interviews as necessary

· Collaborate with recruiting team and client groups to assess hiring needs and goals

· Maintain reporting metrics and generate reports on regular basis

· Represent the Bloom Energy recruiting team internally and externally

Skills and Experience:

· Research experience and intellectual curiosity required

· 1-2 years sourcing experience preferred

· Exceptional communication, organizational skills and a passion for finding exceptional people

· Ability to maintain strong relationships with all clients including internal/external recruiters, business partners and candidates

· Solid business acumen

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 – $38.00 per hour
