Blocks Hiring for Operations Manager – Digital Marketing Agency at Remote Full Time

We are looking for a seasoned Operations Manager to join our growing agency. You will directly to the COO on daily operations of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the business and ensure they are performing optimally
• Motivate/lead team members around specific deadlines & goals
• Communicate with partners & clients on a regular basis to build strong relationships
• Show up everyday as an accountable team member ready to take on the day (we work in marketing so you never know what is ahead!)
• Delegate to team as needed to prioritize the success of our clients
• Ability to work quickly, thoughtfully, and charismatically (I know, it’s a lot to ask but the company culture will fuel you!)

Ideally we are looking for someone who loves to work 100% remote, enjoys a team environment, can showcase leadership experience in an agency setting, has a background in digital marketing, and (hold on, let me catch my breath from all that)… wants to have an impact others. As an Operations Manager you are monitoring the tire pressure for the wheels on the bus keep everything moving in the right direction. The COO of our agency will ensure you’re supported to be successful in your role.

We use Slack, Monday, and Front App as daily tools. This will be a 1099 position to start though we must have you work our hours to ensure adequate communication. If you’re unable to work MST business hours, please do not apply.

We will be reviewing all applicants over the last week of April and the first week of May. Applicants who display a history that aligns with what we’re looking for will be selected for a preliminary interview with our COO. We plan to hire for this role in late May.
