Title: Entry-Level Contract Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Remote
Pay: $20-25/hr. based on experience
Contract length: at least 6 months (April – October possibly longer)
The Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide administrative support for the Talent Acquisition function as part of the Human Resources Department. This role will partner with other team members and hiring managers to conduct an efficient hiring process and provide a quality candidate experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with the Recruiters to ensure timely drug, background, and onboarding of new employees.
- Create, update, and track job descriptions and postings
- Maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) and internal tools with accurate and up-to-date information
- Coordinate and manage a high-volume interview process to include internal/external scheduling, communications, and system tracking
- Prepare job offers and assist with the onboarding of new employees
- Assist with recruiting analytic s and special projects
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant experience
- 1+ years’ experience in a talent acquisition support role or similar
- Experience with SuccessFactors a huge plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass a post offer background and drug test
