What will you be doing?

As Lead Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for owning and managing the sourcing strategy within Blink. Working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will partner with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring teams, and leadership to implement and lead strategic sourcing-related projects.

As an expert in Sourcing, leading and guiding the team in their pursuit of hiring goals and delivering actionable insights to the business is key! You will manage a team of sourcers that will be partnering with our Talent Acquisition Partners to drive our hiring efforts across all functions.


Responsibilities Include:

• Lead the sourcing team and help them grow in their career by providing ongoing feedback and support
• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand and develop the best top of funnel strategies, delivering on our ambitious hiring goals
• Provide strategic guidance and advice in a true partnership with Leadership team
• Plan and conduct upper funnel recruitment and selection processes
• Analyse and market map sectors for issues and trends, actively develop and share intellectual capital across the organization
• Partner with the business and knowledgeable top industry sources to identify top companies for talent and maintain a database of people in those companies
• Design and implement new sourcing initiatives into the business, such as referral sessions, sourcethons and more
• Deliver results with little supervision, and effectively manage multiple complex searches and candidates
• Prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast paced, evolving work environment

About you

We’re looking for someone who is ambitious and wants to develop in a fast-growing company. The successful candidate will be resourceful, inquisitive, a fast learner, with an ability to easily connect with candidates and the wider business. We’re also looking for:

• Strategic and highly-complex in-house or agency sourcing experience within a growing tech business
• Expert in sourcing craft and strategy for a range of technical crafts and roles of different levels
• Excellent candidate attraction and engagement tactics with an innovative approach and ability to engage with all level of candidates and stakeholders
• Experience in rolling-out best sourcing practices across the business
• Experience driving partnership with hiring teams, the wider Talent Acquisition team and senior leaders
• Experience developing talent market insights and data to influence leadership and cross-functional team decisions
• Demonstrated track record of building working relationships with leaders and cross-functional partner
• Not afraid of the complexities associated with growing a successful start-up quickly and efficiently
• Genuine desire to add value by finding excellent candidates, who align with the Blink Mission and Values
• A natural collaborator – keeping people informed, without adding unnecessary noise or complexity
