As Lead Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for owning and managing the sourcing strategy within Blink. Working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will partner with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring teams, and leadership to implement and lead strategic sourcing-related projects.
As an expert in Sourcing, leading and guiding the team in their pursuit of hiring goals and delivering actionable insights to the business is key! You will manage a team of sourcers that will be partnering with our Talent Acquisition Partners to drive our hiring efforts across all functions.
