Blendily Hiring for Ecommerce & Digital Strategies Manager at Remote Full Time

Blendily is looking for a talented, motivated & passionate Ecommerce & Digital Strategies Manager that has a proven track record on utilizing web technology to build brand loyalty and business growth.

This position will develop & manage the Blendily eCommerce website and spearhead Blendily’s digital marketing initiatives. The position will utilize technology to solve problems in digital spaces.

• Oversee the Blendily website day-to-day.

• Develop digital content that will increase web traffic, convert sales, increase brand loyalty and customer engagement.
• Manage Blendily’s digital marketing channels and execute social media, email, and SMART online campaigns.
• Develop & execute innovative SEM strategies for customer acquisition & retention.
• Create marketing partnerships that will drive profitable online growth
• Apply a data-driven approach to marketing initiatives, setting goals and generating monthly KPI s.

• As we are a small, growing team you will be asked to assist in many different areas including retail sales and special events

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field of study, and 2-5 year’s experience in digital marketing.

• Experience developing/maintaining ecommerce platforms, with expert knowledge of web analytics, SEM and project management tools.
• Expert knowledge of of SEO optimization
• Expert knowledge of online advertising platforms

• Experience with affiliate marketing platforms

Pay/Schedule:

This is a Full-Time hybrid position, located either in Portland, Oregon or Seattle, Washington, in geographic harmony with one of the brick and mortar locations. Looking for someone that is willing to be dynamic with the in-store team through planning and helping with events, content creation in-store, promotions etc.. Salary commensurate with experience.
