This job requires someone that will seize any and all sales opportunities for growing and increasing overall sales revenue and volumes with the products, services and technical expertise that we provide collectively as a team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve assigned sales goals.
• Tech and demo shoot coating prospects and opportunities.
• Uses knowledge in coatings for developing leads, converting business, and closing opportunities in accounts that use liquid or powder coatings.
• Develops and utilizes all resources for creating call plans, routing, and sales s for each week, while riding with Manufactures reps for support.
• Diligently works with Account Executives, RAMS, and other sales team members for uncovering new opportunities, leveraging consumable or safety products, and providing support resulting in new partnerships.
• Educates customers by selling value to prove that the full-service offer surrounding the product is worth far more than the price of the product.
• Expert coatings and other product knowledge and extensive industry contacts.
• Use phone, email and in-person touches for expanding access and sales.
• Consultative sales approach with clients and potential clients for bringing industry leading solutions to them in order to gain business and long-term wins.
• Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis of Business.
• Excellent Negotiation Skills.
• Manages internal communication while projecting company brand.
• Works with and leverages manufactures reps and technical experts for gaining business.
• Resolve issues and handle complaints quickly and effectively.

ACCOUNTABILITY:

· Coatings Account Executive s to Sales Manager, though accountable to organization in upholding vision, core values and being team player for organization.

· Planning, developing and executing strategies that are aligned with company priorities and goals as it pertains to our existing and target customers.

· Maintaining a tight control on costs by maximizing resources to fullest potential with a strong emphasis on return on investment of time vs. task initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• AA or BS, or equivalent experience.
• Four years of industry experience. Coatings and product launch experience a plus.
• Adaptable, Hungry, Shop Floor to C-Suite, Solution, Closer.
• Organized, able to multi-task and consistently move prospects and clients through pipeline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• President Club, Hunter or Conversion Award, or similar
• Teamwork focus on all doing their part and supporting each other through shared responsibilities, feedback, and encouragement.
