We are seeking an Email Marketer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to build and execute high-quality email campaigns across the lead lifecycle. You will work to develop new processes to better streamline email production and campaign creation, and be the go-to expert for all things Email. This role works in close partnership with multiple teams across Marketing, Communications, Product, Sales, Design and Customer Experience.


What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with various marketing teams to deliver high-impact programs to customers and prospects
  • Develop our email center of excellence and act as the subject matter expert for email comms within and external to the marketing team
  • Improve our program effectiveness through testing and iteration
  • Manage our email production calendar and identify delivery blockers and work with stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Build s to share email outcomes, progress, and successes with the Marketing team
  • Educate and support the team on email best practices and production
  • Help shape the email lifecycle strategy with a data-driven approach
  • Serve as a point of contact for marketing ops related questions
  • Provide best practice guidance as both email and overall marketing ops process development

Who you are:

  • 3-5 years experience running email programs for B2B marketing teams
  • Confident, process-oriented marketer
  • Experience with Marketo – Knak, a CRM (e.g. Salesforce), and related full stack marketing applications
  • A drive to improve inefficient systems
  • A passion for continued learning
  • Excellent attention to detail and process
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner with both technical and non-technical peers
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment that can require quick change of pace in projects

To comply with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location.

For full time hires, the hiring base pay range for this position is between $88,200 and $94,500. The stated base pay range would generally increase 10% for candidates in CA/NY and be reduced 5% for candidates outside of CO, IL, MA, TX, VA, WA, and DC. Beyond base pay, Blend benefits and perks are described below.

Final base pay offer amounts will vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to function, level, geographic location, job related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay will be adjusted for part-time roles to reflect scheduled hours.
