Blaque Diamond Wheel is in search of a talented, ambitious, and hardworking marketing manager with a minimum of 3 years of marketing experience to join the Blaque Diamond Wheel team. This person will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns designed to reach specific consumer segments. Additionally, this person will be responsible for managing external creative, branding, and social agencies, and ensuring that those agencies are over-delivering on company KPIs. This position will work hand-in-hand with company leadership in defining the brand’s positioning, and in driving brand affinity and ultimately sales, via existing, and new, marketing channels.

Description:

• Oversee the creation and distribution of all Blaque Diamond Wheel marketing and social materials, and content, across the on, and offline marketing ecosystem.
• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that contribute to the growth of the business.
• Write creative briefs and manage the relationship with external agencies.
• Relationship and partnership management responsibilities with third-party partners.
• Develop marketing and advertising campaigns that generate new leads and drive sales.
• Create and maintain relationships with customers and staff.
• Work cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration with PR agencies to ensure we’re telling the right stories, at the right times, with our content.
• Assist with car meets and trade shows.
• Prepare blog posts and set up email

Key Qualifications:

• Possess a “can do” attitude for all situations, no task too big or too small to handle.
• Collaborative and organized.
• Experience managing marketing budgets.
• An understanding of the car and wheel industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, inclusive of digital advertising and social.
• Experience in social content creation and syndication.
• Excellent relationship management abilities/strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment.
• Proven track record of taking initiative to make confident and well-informed decisions.
• Data-minded, with understanding of analytics platforms (i.e. Google Analytics, etc.)
• Ability to prioritize, learn quickly, and be flexible.
• Experience with online communities, including car forums.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**This is a full-time position with offices located in Chatsworth, CA. Pay will be based on experience ($78,000 to $85,000). Additional employee benefits include discounts on wheels and tires, discounted health insurance, and more.

Pay: $78,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
