The Role:

• Arrange travel, accommodations, passports, and visas.
• Manage personal emails, bills and filing.
• Handle various personal tasks, including appointments and insurances.
• Coordinate meetings with financial advisors for legal and financial matters.
• Manage executive team emails for prompt responses.
• Handle financial reconciliation, including invoices and expenses.
• Coordinate town hall events and partner conferences.
• Organise board meetings and document management.
• Facilitate recruitment and restructuring processes.
• Contribute to executive ing and collaborate with departments.
• Manage new Partner onboarding, including agreements.
• Organise Partner meetings and remuneration reviews.
• Maintain communication with lawyers and Risk Counsel.
• Perform company secretarial and governance tasks.

About You:

• Adaptability to embrace evolving responsibilities as they arise.
• Proven track record of over 5 years in an Executive Assistant role.
• Ability to thrive while working independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated discretion and the utmost confidentiality in managing sensitive information.
• Proficiency in handling document management and various software tools.
• Effective communication skills and the capacity to interact with stakeholders of varying seniority levels.
• Exceptional organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
