What Youâll Do:
Talent Acquisition Specialist will focus on talent sourcing, identify top talent by interviewing, networking, building relationships and serve as primary point of contact with candidates and key stakeholders.
- Ability to meet deadlines; monthly & yearly KPI’s
- Serves as a primary point of contact for candidates and business partners throughout the interview process
- Ensures a high level of candidate engagement and positive candidate experience
- Effectively utilizes applicant tracking system (ATS) to post positions on company website and related external websites.
- Utilizes ATS to track and update candidates, review and screen candidates, document candidate disposition
- Attend college career fairs, hiring fairs and other events
- Brand advocate
- Perform social media campaigns, sourcing on different platforms, bring creative ideas to fill positions in a timely manner per service level agreement
- Maintain active candidate pipeline for current and future positions through constant sourcing
- Projects as needed
What it Takes:
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn quickly
- Outstanding organization skills
- Team player
- Proficient with MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Experience in applicant tracking software (ATS with experience using ICIMS preferred), resume databases and social media platforms
- Able to juggle multiple priorities effectively
