• This position will partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to best support the lines of business
• Track metrics regarding passive candidates turned into applicants, interviews, etc
• Team up and support recruiter in filling positions quickly and refine sourcing strategies
• Strong follow up and follow through
• Assertively initiate contact with passive candidates for openings
• Build pipeline of candidates for future openings
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
• Respond to candidate inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain awareness of current trends and gather market intelligence
• Attend intake meetings to understand the need of the position
• Utilize multiple platforms to source candidates
• Schedule phone screens for recruiters
• Other assigned duties to support TA team
• Attend college hiring fair and other career fairs in supporting the hiring strategy
• Bring creative ideas to find candidates & operate under tough deadlines
• Track, analyze, and share pipeline performance data monthly and yearly KPI’s
• Brand champion
