Our Recruiting Coordinator will support the overall needs of the recruiting team working directly with Manager Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews for corporate positions
- Manage social media platforms ongoing
- ICIMS go to person to solve and track issues
- Manage referral program
- Create job ads
- Track relocation expenses
- Day to day paperwork
- Attend and schedule college career fairs, hiring fairs and other events
- Brand advocate
- Source pipelines of top talent as needed
- Projects as assigned
What It Takes:
- Outstanding organization skills
- Team player & provides excellent customer service
- Proficient with MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Able to juggle multiple priorities effectively
- Motivated self-starter
