A fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced internal recruitment function providing professional end to end support. As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will work across a high volume national portfolio in both blue and white collar divisions. Working closely with hiring managers to ensure we attract and secure high calibre candidates whilst promoting and adhering to company compliance standards, policies and employment legislation. This role will allow you to work autonomously, while still being well supported by a team geographically located across our main distribution centres.

You will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Managing a high volume desk recruiting across Australia
• Clear and accurate briefs from hiring managers to ensure sourcing initiatives are targeted
• Ensuring all compliance and pre-employment documentation is obtained and stored securely
• Developing strategic sourcing solutions that will attract and acquire high quality candidates in a cost effective approach
• Phone screening and shortlisting well qualified candidate lists to hiring managers
• Providing hiring managers with coaching and advice throughout the process

To be the successful candidate you will demonstrate:

• Extensive talent acquisition experience preferably in a high volume environment
• Exceptional time management with the ability to prioritise competing and demanding tasks
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to build solid relationships with business stakeholders across the nation
• A relentless focus on achieving goals and exceeding expectations.
• You will stand out with your confident and persistent attitude whilst demonstrating an outstanding sense of urgency and strong administration skills.
