Our Women of the Markets Program

Women of the Markets is a one-day virtual program on 21 July 2023 for female students looking to join our Full Time Rotational Analyst program in 2025.

Women of the Markets is designed to help you learn more about our business at the intersection of finance and technology. During the program, you’ll get to know our unique culture and gain an understanding of where you could add value at BlackRock as we offer a wide range of opportunities in Sales, Strategic & Corporate Functions, Investments, and Technology. This program will also offer you a great opportunity to build your resume, grow your network and gain a competitive edge that employers will value.

Eligibility

We welcome female candidates who are graduating from an undergraduate or a master’s degree program between July 2023 to December 2024. Applications from candidates studying any degree subject are welcome.
