Blackmores Group Hiring for Naturopathic Educator Job at Surry Hills Full Time

This c. 15 months, East Sydney based role that includes a territory that extends down to Campbeltown and Wollongong (with some regional trips) is critical in supporting Blackmores and BioCeuticals sales and education teams. Based mainly in-field and working cross-functionally , you will help Blackmores deliver group education and virtual training to pharmacists, practitioners and sales reps across Blackmores and BioCeuticals portfolios. You will spend some time in the field, complimenting the work of the sales team by providing instore education to priority customers and pharmacy groups.

Through the delivery of engaging product information, you will directly contribute to the growth of The Blackmores Group, helping it exceed it’s sales and growth targets, and ensuring our position as the leading Australian manufacturer of complementary medicine.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver Group education (virtual classrooms, banner group trainings, distributor trainings, industry trainings) and training to large groups of customers via both face to face and digital formats (approx. 50% of role)
• Travel around NSW, delivering in-store pharmacy trainings with priority customers in support of the sales team (approx. 40% of role)
• Deliver AU Team training as part of Cycle Planning days, Induction Training, and other trainings as required to ensure our sales team are kept abreast of product information (approx. 10% of role)
• Drive product recommendation and brand advocacy via the expert delivery of education and training.

Who are you?

• Qualified naturopath or nutritionist who has the confidence and capability to deliver educational sessions to a group of their peers
• Deep knowledge and understanding of complementary medicine
• Excellent public speaking and engaging presentation skills
• Experience delivering training is preferred
• Willing to undergo regional trips to Southern NSW when required, and to work weekends and evenings when required. Ideal location to be based is Sydney Eastern Suburbs, Southerland Shire.
• Fully vaccinated against covid 19
