BlackboxMyCar Hiring for Office Assistant at Richmond, BC Full Time

We are currently looking for an Office Assistant in a part-time capacity of at least 3 days a week between Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating and making payments for invoices
• Researching a variety of different topics as the business grows and expands into other areas
• Arranging travel-related itineraries and reservations
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Answering and relaying telephone calls
• Ordering general office supplies
• Assisting current administrative assistant in daily tasks and responsibilities
• Providing general administrative assistance for our management team

YOU ARE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

• Have very high attention to detail
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
• Are able to deal with highly sensitive and confidential information
• Are able to multitask between different tasks
• Have a minimum typing speed of 55 WPM
• Are able to speak Korean (would be a big advantage)
