BlackboxMyCar is currently seeking friendly and helpful individuals to add to our customer service team. We are looking for both Part-Time and Full-Time applicants. Reporting to our Sales Manager, you will be joining our dynamic team of sales and customer service superstars who are responsible for our raving reviews on Google and Facebook!

Located in Richmond, BC

Your Role and Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers

Address customer inquiries through phone, email, live chat, sms and in person

Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure customer requests and issues are resolved in a timely manner

Handle customer RMA, refunds and returns

Respond to reviews across multiple social media channels such as GMB, Facebook, Yelp, etc.

Become an expert in dash cam knowledge

The Ideal Candidate

1+ year of experience in a customer service or sales position

Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs and Sheets

Typing speed of 50+WPM

Ability to identify and prioritize key tasks

Organized and Neat

Independent individual who can also work well in a team

Compensation

Salary: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour based on experience
