Overview of the role
We have an amazing opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive Talent Assistant to join the Talent team and grow their HR career. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Head of Talent, Talent Development Consultant and Talent Attraction Manager across the full range of talent activities specialising in recruitment and onboarding. While also partnering on and ensuring generalist activities are delivered at a high standard. Like learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits and employee engagement and communication.
You will have full responsibility for the administration within the team, and this is a great opportunity for a highly organised and meticulous individual to take ownership of processes and procedures, ensuring that we follow best practice and offer an excellent service to the business.
In addition, this role will be the first point of contact for anyone interacting with Black Sun. From onboarding through to embedding in the business, you will be the face of the Talent team, able to answer queries ranging from using our HR system, to managing their career.
This role is well suited to a highly motivated, friendly and approachable individual with a real interest in developing a HR career. The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills; be able to multi-task; have a sense of accountability; be able to manage highly confidential information appropriately; and have a positive and enthusiastic approach to their work and a ‘can-do’ and ‘roll up your sleeves’ attitude to getting the job done.
