Black Sesame Technologies Inc Hiring for Senior AI framework Software Engineer (H1B Welcome) Job at San Jose, CA Full Time

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML application frameworks engineer passionate about deploying AI inference and end to end enablement, AI framework integration, model accuracy, and performance analysis and tuning. You might be an ideal candidate if you are seeking to develop high quality, innovative, and scalable software that enables state of the art AI inference models to run efficiently and accurately on the BST Intelligence processors.

Responsibilities:

o Contributing to deep learning infrastructure, data pipelines, tools and workflows that lay the foundation for building AI at scale.

o Writing software to deploy AI models and pipelines in real time applications (inference).

o Apply low precision inference, quantization, and compression of DNNs.

o Continuously improve inference latency, accuracy and power consumption of DNNs.

o Stay up to date with the latest research and innovations in deep learning, implement and experiment with new ideas.

Qualifications:

o Master or PhD degree with a focus in Engineering (Computer Science, Computing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or related field), or BS with 5+ years of experience

o 2+ years of experience in developing or using deep learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, ONNX, etc.). Strong Python and/or C/C++ programming skills.

o Solid technical foundation in computer architectures, containers (docker), numeric libraries, modular software design. Familiar with state-of-the-art CNN/LSTM architectures.

o Willing to take action and drive with strong analytical skills.

o Strong time-management and organization skills for coordinating multiple initiatives, priorities and implementations of new technology and products into very complex projects.

Preferred:

o Nice to have understanding of AI computing and optimization in embedded devices and embedded tool chain development Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentations skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
