Black Label Education Hiring for On Campus Elementary & Middle School Tutors at Dallas, TX Full Time

Compensation: $35-65 per hour.

Tutor Expectations

Lead a small group of 1- 3 students

Work through provided curriculum with students

Extend and reinforce classroom learnings

Flexible shifts ranging from 3-15 hours a week

Guide enrichment activities and socialization between students to form a genuine connection

Attend additional training and data collection workshops

Qualification and Skills

If you have any of the following qualifications, please apply:

Undergraduate/Graduate education student in University

Undergraduate/Graduate student interested in education with a strong foundation in K-12 Reading, Math, Social Studies, and/or Science

Experienced tutor (does not require certification)

Certified teacher

Teacher aide and/or paraprofessional with classroom experience

Teacher, aide, counselor, etc with specialization in learning disabilities, especially ADHD, Autism and Dyslexia

Homeschool parent

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or currently a college student (3.0 GPA or above in the subject areas you will tutor)

Good interpersonal skills to form close connections with students, administration, and peers

Teacher certification is a PLUS

Reliable transportation within the Plano/Dallas area

Own a computer with up-to-date Word & Excel

Have basic computer skills

Organized, punctual, communicative and reliable
