Black Halo Hiring for Ecommerce & Marketing Manager at Los Angeles, California Full Time

The eCommerce & Marketing Manager will be responsible for the strategy and execution of all marketing channels for BlackHalo.com both paid and organic. The eCommerce & Marketing Manager will maximize sales, support omni-channel marketing, increase customer acquisition, retention, and conversion.  Salary is negotiable DOE.

Job Role:

eCommerce:

• Responsible for planning & executing quarterly and annual sales.
• Create reporting for overall DTC business by marketing channel, presented monthly to key stakeholders.
• Lead a data-driven merchandising strategy.
• Establish ongoing site optimization, product navigation, changes and enhancements to improve UX.
• Manage ongoing optimization of customer journey, identifying trends and insights to effectively utilize budgets. 
• Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies and third party partners to leverage technologies to drive traffic and sales.
• Work with web designers, site merchandisers, and producers to execute website updates including changes based on promotional activity and product releases.
• Responsible for reviewing and buying of the monthly collections based on analytics.
• Manage customer service to resolve issues and lead other activities and projects to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the website.

Marketing:

• Conduct weekly marketing meetings, working with the Creative Director and Content Creator on quarterly marketing calendars.
• Manage Content Creator to plan and coordinate all eCommerce, Social, and Campaign Photoshoots.
• Oversee paid and organic customer acquisition.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging on-site and through all marketing channels.
• Report internal and external performance of channels and campaigns against ROI’s/KPI’s

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in eCommerce & marketing.
• Expertise in various digital marketing channels.
• Strong Data-Driven Analytics and project management skills.
• Resourceful, can-do attitude that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.  Follows digital trends, competitors, and industry best-practices.

Preferred Application Experience:

• Shopify+
• Adobe Suite
• ERP system Apparel Magic or similar
• Strong understanding of ESP/CRM platforms and Analytics a plus
