Full Job Description

The Contract Digital Paid Ads s + Manager for the Multi-Family Industry will be a key member of Black Field Mgmt., responsible for creating s on ads on Facebook/Instagram and Google with potential of managing ads as well. The ideal candidate is deeply curious, familiar with CAC, and is excited by data, marketing funnels, and constantly optimizing and improving growth marketing campaigns.

The sole focus and goal is to generate qualified conversions for our clients through creating ongoing ad and web s and adequately having the ability to convey the success of each campaign back to the client through ongoing email and/or phone/video meetings.

Individuals will collaborate closely with our lead ad manager and content team to create integrated digital marketing s, as well as, meet regularly with the Account Director and COO to revise and optimize campaigns based on findings in ROAS and attribution ing.

The right candidate will be able to directly influence the future direction and strategy for digital marketing. They will also be able to demonstrate proven success in digital marketing disciplines. This candidate needs to be analytical, profit-driven, enthusiastic and positive.

The experienced Digital Paid Ads s Manager will eventually and ideally help scale our client’s customer base, increase demand, and optimize conversions through ing which directly expresses our value to our clients.

As a Digital Paid Ads s Manager you will be required to adequately show your ability to build valuable s utilizing each marketing platform we utilize and integrating third-party applications. If you cannot adequately provide examples of s you’ve created, we will not consider you for the position

Experience in the multifamily/real estate industry is highly desired.

Primary Responsibilities

Ad Management (display, paid social and retargeting marketing efforts)

• Campaign Planning: Collaborate with the team in the day-to-day media campaign management of key accounts.
• Campaign Execution: Ensure 100% accuracy within strategy, budgets, and reconciliations.
• Monitor Paid Social campaign performance, interpret data, and implement meaningful optimizations across multiple channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok and other potential channels)
• Analyze digital campaigns to provide performance insights and optimization recommendations
• Measure ROI and KPI’s and prepare a budget (including traffic, revenue, ROAS, CAC.
• Support scaling existing channels through process improvements and finding efficiencies while identifying areas of new opportunities for growth
• Keywords planning and defining applicable ad groups for all keyword types

• Tracking consumer and content analytics and generating s and presentations.
• Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly readouts on performance against KPIs
• Client Feedback and Support
• The ability to effectively communicate ad strategies and agency success with the strategies with clients, whether alone or with other team members
• Collaborate with internal team members and vendor partners to analyze digital ad campaign performance and make recommendations for strategic investment and tactical media optimization to align with objective
• Maintain day-to-day agency/media vendor communications
• Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrate understanding of marketing campaign strategy, digital advertising, email marketing, and social media/content marketing
• Proven knowledge and ability: Knowledge of Google Analytics and management of Google AdWords
• Knowledge of SEO implementation
• Collaborative entrepreneurial mentality and proven ability to thrive in a fast-moving development environment
• Active interest in marketing that is strategically focused towards the real estate/home builder/developer/multifamily industry and clients
• Excellent project management and analytical skills
• Experience managing and optimizing channels: Facebook, Google, YouTube, Podcast, Influencer, etc.
• Experience with ing and attribution
• Ideally has experience at an agency
• Ideally has experience working with agency partners
• Experience managing paid media campaigns
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
• Collaborative attitude with the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience in YouTube/LinkedIn advertising is a plus
• Advance knowledge of Facebook Business Manager
• Advanced knowledge of analytic tools like Google Analytics
• Advanced knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress
• Strong understanding of content practices such as SEO, SMO, and PPC
• Web development is a huge plus (let us know if you have additional experience in web development/HTML/coding etc.

Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
